There is no pet relief area, just tiny patches of grass around the parking lot; made it extremely difficult. Rooms need to be upgraded and smelled of skunk.

The staff was wonderful and made and our pup feel like home. The room was clean and had all the amenities one could ask for. The only minus was that we were one the second floor which made it a little more difficult to walk the dog.

The hotel just smelled bad. Couldn’t wait to get out. Also elevator wasn’t working and they hadn’t placed us on first floor with the dog to begin with. Thank goodness they offered me first floor then.

Simple, quick, efficient. Got there late and was quickly given a key to our room. Had both our newfies with us and slept like babies. Would definitely stay again!

Slept well. Easy dog walking. I needed to scan and print some documents. They have a work station set up for guests and it worked flawlessly once they got the power on. But, the room smelled of burnt cooking and the shower curtain rod drooped so that taking a shower flooded the bathroom.

The hotel is right off I95, which was great. When we checked in the lady at the desk didn’t know we had a pet with us, which worked out well because we ended up on a higher floor and it was very quiet. No noise from the parking lot, and hardly anyone seemed to be on our floor. Gave 4 bones instead of 5 because the toilet was clogged and no hot water in the shower.

After driving 500 miles and getting to the hotel the last thing we want to deal with was the desk attendant not being able to find a reservation. I gave him the confirmation number and our last name and he still couldn’t find it he had about 12 reservation slips on the front desk and he couldn’t find it there either. It took about 10 minutes and was super frustrating. The hotel smelled like marijuana and cigarettes even though it’s a non-smoking hotel. The one good thing was that it was actually very quiet and the mattress was good so we slept well.
