The hotel staff is very friendly with pets. We stayed here for 2 days, our room was very cozy and clean. Our baby girls absolutely loved it! They also waited us with the A/C turned on in our room to be just perfect for us. I give them only 4 🦴 because the pool and spa zone is just a disappointment. There is a inside pool which should had 29 degrees, but I can tell you that the water was so cold. Also, there are 3 saunas (just 2 of them are working) and the fitness area is closed. In conclusion, the hotel is very pet friendly, your furry babies will have a good time at this place and this is all that matters. ❤️
