Dirty, loud, smelly, low-class motel. Sheets and curtains with cigarette burns, weed smell in the hall, very loud front desk during sleeping hours, prostitutes passing by as they were invited to a party. Disgusting!

Have stayed here a few times mainly because it was convenient and close to the highway and low price. The rooms aren’t in the best shape. The dogs are happy there.

We booked a one night stay for a day's visit to Richmond with our teen. At check-in, the front desk manager was confused about "dirty" label on room assigned to us. She checked that the bed was made and let us in. It was late, and we were tired. Room looks tidy and clean overall, so we moved in. Next morning noticed thin blood lines on wall and on sheets. Only after check out that morning did we realized there was angry bite marks on our necks, wrist waist line and ankles - anywhere not covered by PJs. Bed bugs! Not cool for hotel to assigned a known contaminated room to us. We even paid extra for 3 guests. Spend all of out thanksgiving holiday boiling our clothes and sheets. Two bones for spacious room and helpful front desk staff. No bone for lack of scruples in assigning a room with bed bugs to 3 guests.
