Walk in to the room and smell musty, like room hadn't been overhauled for 50 years. Old damp carpet, smelly air, dust mites everywhere. Also probably a smoker's room that owners attempted to convert to non-smoking... didn't work. Stink, whew!

Non smoking room smelled a bit like a smoking room. Along the highway so a bit noisy but overall it was ok. Affordable rate. Breakfast was available although most of the items were limited. No problem with the dog.

Our first room had a toilet not affixed to the floor and the sewer gas permeated the room, along with the cobwebs in the corner of the room. They did approve us for a new room. The property was very dirty and I didn't feel safe walking the dogs. We will never recommend the Quality Inn Tanglewood.

I would not recommend. The non-smoking room smells of smoke and is very dirty. We made a mistake when booking and called immediately to fix it. We called to cancel and no one would answer the phone . In good faith we booked for the right night and called the next morning explaining. BringFido sent an email and I left 3 messages with the manager They claimed they never received any communications and refuse to refund claiming it must be refunded by BringFido. My family is very laid back about hotels and customer service but we feel very cheated by this hotel.

Really nice place - clean and plenty of lighting. Only drawbacks I had were that none of their USB charging ports in the room worked and there wasn't a lot of walking space for my pup.
