Accommodations were a bed and bath. A bit pricey. The charge for a 4 pound pet was and extraordinary $150! Staff were exceptionally kind and responsive.

Our stay, while it was not unpleasant, was a little disappointing for how expensive it was to stay here. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and there was decent walking space and dog potty spots available on property, but for the price it was a little disappointing to discover that it seemed nothing more than a motel that has not been updated in awhile. You will not get breakfast included unless they are doing something special, and if they are you have to pay extra for it. We got more for our money and better amenities at other places on our travels, so we will not likely book again here. If this is your only option, it's not a bad experience, just pricey and not what we ideally were hoping for on a long distance vacation with our two small dogs.

Hotel is a good setup for a dog owner. Close enough to Williamsburg sightseeing and nearby restaurants too. The only thing that was a surprise was the $150 pet fee, not the $100 fee specified fee in the BringFido app booking. Once you’re checking in, it’s pretty hard to negotiate a lower rate! Also thought charging a wireless daily fee is being cheap given the nightly rate and the TV was old and technology out of date. Small annoyances given the room was good and the beds were very comfortable.

We were at this resort midweek in February, and housed in a clean, comfortable villa away from the historic lodge area. We didn’t have any neighbors on our side of the street. If our dog barked inside, she wouldn’t bother anyone. We would stay there again while traveling with our dog.

Friendly staff, large area to walk dog, nice room. There were a few “quirky” things, but nothing to lower grade. We would definitely stay there again. Hotel is also sold as time share, but staff was not pushy to get you to go to their presentation.

Accommodations were better than most hotels in Williamsburg that allow pets. Our room was spacious and cleaner than most. We had easy access for our pup to go outside and to go for walks. The location was excellent, although on Richmond Road, a main corridor, we were tucked away and private. Would stay here again.

We stayed in a one bedroom villa with our two Morrie's. It was so quiet that we all got an extra hour to sleep in both mornings!! Room was well equipped, utensils, coffee, dish washer soap, tea towels, etc. Only down sides were that the WIFI was an add on cost and that there was no divider on the bedroom side of the jetted tub, which made it impossible to turn lights on in the bathroom late at night without waking everyone. Doggie walk areas were adequate. Elevators are tiny, had to make two trips to get luggage cart, two adults and two fur babies up and down, but it was fast and not a big deal. We overlooked the pool which was open in May, quiet at night. Hotel staff very nice, especially Tony All nice to doggies. Thanks for a great stay!!

We had a nice suite with a full Kitchen, bathroom with both spa tub and shower , and living room. The suite was nicely decorated and very clean. The staff was very friendly as well.

We have stayed with Westgate many times over the years. Westgate has become our favorite due to their hospitality. Great location along with such cleanliness! But the accommodating our pups is wonderful. We all know when searching for places with our fur babies become limited, but when booking with Westgate you get The whole package! Also a big shout out to Tony, he's been there for years and what a gem!
