Welcome to our serene and secluded hilltop villa estate, situated on 3.5 acres of private countryside overlooking the picturesque vineyards of Temecula Valley's renowned Wine Country. Enclosed by fencing and gated for your privacy and security, our retreat offers a tranquil and peaceful oasis amidst the surrounding mountains and lush landscapes. Enjoy the quiet serenity of our estate as you relax and unwind in this idyllic setting.

Theme—rejuvenating, uplifting and inspiring event, retreat or vacation experience in a unique, relatively-new, clean, private, prestigious, peaceful and pleasant setting.

Uses—base from which to enjoy area activities and attractions, celebrations, corporate gatherings, family together, filming, girls night out, group or personal getaway/hideaway, group uplift, luxurious rest, meetings, quiet recuperation, reunions, romance/anniversaries, touring wine country.

Floors—bi-level with auto access to entries on both levels, and with most rooms on the upper level.

Floor Area—4 900 sq ft for 1-18 persons.

General Services & Utilities—service-oriented manager, air conditioning and heating, wireless internet, built-in vacuum system, ceiling fans, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board, linens and towels, European art, fireplaces, great garage and storage, local maps and restaurant guide, parking on premises and street, and more.

Kitchen Provisions—blender, coffee grinder, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes and utensils, dishwasher, freezer, ice maker, microwave, oven, refrigerator, stove, toaster, and more.

Dining Rooms—two dining rooms, one spacious with a gorgeous chandelier and dining table that comfortably seats eight; one that comfortably seats six in the suite.

Meals—guests provide for their own meals at nearby restaurants or by using the well-equipped on-site kitchen and dining facilities.

Family Room—a secluded, quiet place to lounge, visit or nap on leather couches; to eat, drink, meet, play board games, visit and more around a large table that easily seats six; or to watch television.

Bathrooms—four full baths and one ½ bath: bath 1 with a toilet, shower and jetted tub; baths 2-3 with a toilet and shower; and bath 4 with a toilet.

Bedrooms—five large, furnished bedrooms and a pull-out couches sleeping up to 18 guest. The massive master suite invites you to a king-size bed, a sitting/reading room with an elaborate fireplace overlooking wine country, a private covered-patio with amazing views, a large walk-in closet, and an expansive bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 contains a queen-size bed, its own private bathroom and direct outdoor access. Bedroom 3 contains a queen-size bed, its own private bathroom and direct outdoor access. Bedroom 4 contains a queen-size bed, fireplace and easy outdoor access. Bedroom 5 contains a queen-size bed, and opens via double doors to the covered outdoor patio.

Entertainment—bonus room for play; books; CD player; colorful and close hot air balloons to watch almost every morning, while sipping your hot morning drink; curious wild animals that howl, hunt or hide nearby; DVD player; activities in the valleys below; indescribable sunrises and sunsets; intercom system with AM/FM feature; kite flying; many species of birds, including large scavengers and birds-of-prey, that glide the hillside updrafts; satellite/cable television; walking and discovering.
