Justin at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was great - no carpet which was preferred. Only issue was a noisy heat/air system. Right off Hwy 81 which was ideal.

The room was clean and nothing was worn out. The TV and typical hotel AC unit worked as expected. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. There was minimal door slamming in the middle of the night and my neighbors were quiet. I stayed there on both sides of a 9 day road trip between Georgia and Vermont and slept well both nights. The dog was happy with the green space. I've seen nicer rooms for $100+ a night that's why I rated it at 4 bones. Still an adequate place to stay though.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We will be back on our next trip to visit family in VA.

Very helpful staff at check-in and the rooms are carpet free. I don't understand why pet-friendly hotels have carpet. I appreciate staying in a room with a clean non-carpet floor.

The room was passable but smelled like pee and my dog has been itching herself constantly since staying there. There is ample green space for the dog. The breakfast was decent.

Literally right off the interstate. Great breakfast from 6-9 and newly painted inside and out. Couldn’t give them 5 bones because we had ants in the bathroom. I told the front desk and they promised to alert maintenance.

First time we brought our 10 year old dog with us on vacation and this hotel was great! The room was on the 1st floor and close to the outside door. Would stay again.

This place was great with my shepherd. Spoiled her rotten. Amber at the front desk was awesome and loved on my Koda. Everyone working there seemed to be dog lovers. Would definitely stay here again.

Great pet friendly hotel adjacent to a Denny's Restaurant. Lots of grassy areas for potty breaks. Staff were top notch!

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel with our dog. There is a Denny’s restaurant attached to the hotel that makes it easy to order dinner and bring it back to the room. In the morning, this hotel provides a nice breakfast and we do the same thing, pick up breakfast and bring it back to the room. We walked the dog but didn’t find any outdoor clean up station and providing a specific dog walking area with a clean up station would be the only improvement I could suggest. There was a waste can near the rear door that I deposited my poop bag into, but come prepared with your own bags.

As a former smoker, nothing is more revolting than a hotel room smelling of stale cigarettes. Unless the mattresses and carpeting are removed, you never get rid of the smell. I would not stay here again.
