Bed was clean but the toilet seat was broken. Shower looked gross. The room said nonsmoking but smelled like cigarettes.

Next to a pumpkin patch! A beautiful area to walk the dogs, including a fenced in free run area. It’s a basic room but it was very clean and had everything we needed ( fridge, microwave). The bed was very comfortable. The staff were super friendly. Hot breakfast in the morning kept us going for the long drive ahead. There are a couple of fast food restaurants nearby (Popeye’s, IHOP). This is our second visit here. Highly recommend if you’re travelling with dogs and need a clean safe place to stay for the night. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The floors were dirty. There was duct tape used for a repair in the bathtub. The sheets were stained.

The smoke detector in the room started beeping 4 times every minute at 2am. The decibel level must have hurt Salli’s ears. She cowered in the corner and wouldn’t come out. I got on the chair and reset the alarm in our room, but several others were going off in the hall or nearby rooms. Salli couldn’t relax, so we left at 6 am. I called the hotel later to relay or experience, and they didn’t really care. We just reported it, so no other dog had to go through it.

When I got there I was the only customer there. I wasn't sure the hotel was open at first. Needs some curb appeal. The room was nice. The check-in guy took another phone call while he was checking me in. They had a nice little fenced-in place for the dogs but no poop bags.

The hotel is right off route 81/77, which is great. There is a small fenced in area for dogs, but there are acres of farmland around the hotel. The hotel itself needs TLC and cleaning. I understand it is difficult to get help during this covid pandemic, but the rugs in the room look like they haven't been cleaned. The amount of dust and debris near the wall, under the beds, and behind furniture was disgusting. Unfortunately, our ancient heater broke during the night and we woke up freezing at 1:30 in the morning. We had to change rooms. The staff was accommodating, but it lead to a rough night.

The place could use a good cleaning. Area around was okay if you want to walk dogs in parking lot. The “designated dog area” was very small and overgrown. Would not stay there again.

I'm kind of a Hilton girl, but have a 100lb german shepherd. Best Western was very accepting of my chubby dog. They had a lot of nice grass and a large area to walk him around. We saw a few dogs but didn't really hear any barking.
I thought the bed was comfy enough. The shower had hot water and pretty good pressure. But I'll agree with another poster who said the room was a little in disrepair. There was a chair in the room and it literally was on it's last leg. I think the other legs were broke off.
It was pretty clean overall. I did not eat the breakfast there. It was modified due to covid, so mostly packaged items. But there was some fruit (apples and bananas) covered in plastic wrap.
The pool was not yet open as it's still too cold outside.
The a/c was a little wonky and I was hot all night.
The ice machine near our room wasn't working and we had to go all the way across to the other side of the hotel.If I had to travel to that area again and was bringing my dog, I would stay here again. I would just know better what to expect. For the price, it worked well for us.

Great spot away from main traffic with lots of grassy area for fido. There is also a small fenced in run which is better for small dogs than really big ones but nice if littler ones want to play a little after travels. Nice helping of dog treats greeted us as well. Rooms were a little worn but clean and comfortable and hotel was quiet. Would stay here again.

The staff and hotel was very dog friendly. Clean room and easy check in. Breakfast was brown bagged because of COVID, but it was fine. Good location, I would stay again.

Thought there was an actual dog park there but just a very small fenced in area. Not big enough for my 65 pound golden doodle to romp around but it was ok. Staff fine and room decent, could use a little spruce up but price was right and it was clean.

Clean nice rooms convenient to highway and nice steakhouse . Dog walking area is huge and rural with a fenced dog area also. Grounds were maintained and picked up which was great for night walking. It’s 10 miles out of our way but definitely worth the ride

Stayed here on a road trip overnight. All the animals are on the first floor, so there is some barking, but very minor. We liked the fenced area to walk around, but my Labrador wanted to go swimming. Wish they would gate off the pool more! Staff was friendly and hotel was clean.
