It is motel-style - our room opened to busy parking lot. I did not feel comfortable leaving our dog in the room so we had to take him everywhere. The continental breakfast was packaged Nature Valley granola bars, canned orange juice, and not decaf coffee on a small table. This was possibly the least value for the money of any place we have ever stayed. I am not a fussy person, this place is just as I described.

What a cute motel. The owner/host is very kind and friendly. The pool was a delight given it was in the 80’s and humid in September. Loved the bench outside our room. Great to have white noise in our room. Slept great. Ash our dog loved it too.

The staff we interacted with were very nice. We were a little uncomfortable with the lack of rules and regulations. We brought our dog's rabies paperwork etc but nobody asked to see it or check it. What if an other dog wasn't vaccinated and bit our dog on the property? Seems unlikely, but there's a small specified dog area so there's likely chances for face to face interactions. We also saw a man with 2 dogs completely off leash just roaming around the property which made us uncomfortable. The room itself definitely had a smell about it. The floor was seemingly decaying under the carpet, so much do that the drawers on the dresser wouldn't close because the floor was at an angle. The chairs were filthy and overall the room could use an updating. That being said, the bed was actually really comfortable and we did have a decent night's sleep.

Above all, clean. Nicely furnished with some trendy colors and relaxing tones. Yes, it's an older inn but it is well kept and a good location for our frequent trips from NH, southward. The staff were super nice and the dogs were welcome guests.

The best thing about this hotel was the lobby. Dog area was really small and covered with poop and some of the other guests were questionable. I would not stay here again.

Staff was lovely and the room clean and convenient. Mini-fridge and coffee maker ready for use, and snacks downstairs.
