Loches is a Medieval and Renaissance city that includes several major monuments such as the Logis Royal, the St Ours Collegiale Church, etc. The City is in the heart of the Loire Valley, near Chenonceau, Amboise, and other splendid castles.
Ideally located on the top of a wooded hill facing the old city, the house can welcome one or two families (9-10 people) in a leafy and quiet setting. Large swimming pool (14m) in the garden (built in 2013).
In 2018 we enlarged two bedrooms upstairs and added a new bathroom. The exterior appearance of the house was notably improved as well.
