    Great Location

Overall a good experience and very close to a lot of dog places.

Avoid unless you like filthy accomodations

The 70's called and want their hotel back. Wow - mold, broken furniture, fire hazard broken outlets, filthy, people leaving pets unattended and howling for hours, smell of pot/hemp on every floor, no breakfast as advertised, I can go on. Avoid unless all you need is a bed and shower, and you're desperate. We will never stay here again.

Comfort and canine acceptance at a reasonable price

Of several places that I stayed in the course of a week, this was the best and not much more expensive than many with fewer accessories for both me and my dog. The dog appreciated that there was carpet in the room. A lot of places provide only hardwood floors for dogs but my dog likes to have carpet underneath his paws. I appreciate it a nice clean room with refrigerator microwave all that good stuff that I hadn't found in similarly priced accommodations just a few days before. It's a nice area to and the guest house is just off the interstate. Circumstances had permitted I would have stayed another night, and I consider going back the next time I am in the northwest.

    Good value, good location

Breakfast room is currently closed due to COVID, but that's probably a healthy choice.

    Roomy, clean and friendly

Our night here was very nice and we slept well. Twice the front desk (Nancy, I think) helped me - once with directions to a restaurant and the second time, with instructions on how to get the TV to work. It was quiet, comfortable and we noticed nothing unusual in the parking lot. I would have given 5 bones, but the easy chair and ottoman were very stained. About the TV - if you get a 'no signal' message on the screen, bring up the menu and keep clicking the menu button (not the arrow buttons) until you have selected HDMI 1. That should get you on the signal.

    Good for the dog!

Good location for the dog, a big field to walk around and close to Whatcom Falls Park, also close to the Mud Bay store. Not the fault of the hotel, but lots of homeless people also sharing their parking lot.
