Staff very friendly. Room was clean. Outside of building not very exciting with litter everywhere. Been long time since guest cleaned up after there pet. Hotel did not live up to Red Lion past experience.

Unfriendly staff, and no place to walk the dog were the first indications of pet "UN-friendly". The place is very large, and they have a practice of putting pets WAY back in the back of the facility. They have a very threatening waiver that must be signed, and the woman at check-in warned me three times NOT to leave my dog alone in the room.
