      Not so pet friendly

      Paid for reservation, very excited to stay on a holiday weekend, got their to be told that our cats were not allowed. On their website it says cats "may" be allowed, but the manager just stated "no cats" over and over. Reservation cancelled at the door. We were not given a refund. Lost out on a peaceful stay with our old kitties and the $250 reservation fee. The employees were very kind, however, and apologetic. The manager not so much.

      Great hotel

      This place is the best. We really enjoyed the stay here and would highly recommend staying there. Awesome breakfast. We will stay here again guaranteed.

      Great location and staff!

      This is the best of what a Best Western should be. The breakfast is 2nd to none with lots of great options. And the staff is super personable, very helpful, and kind.
      They love fur babies and have a decent grassy area on the south side of the building.
      Plus you get access to an awesome 24 hour gym a short block away.

      Could not be happier

      Excellent room and excellent service. The staff person at the front desk really went the extra mile for us. My dog has a shiny-floor phobia and we usually just take our time crossing places like this hotel lobby. But the staffer came out and moved 2 floor mats leap frog style to help him get to the carpeted hallway quicker -- all with great kindness and good humor. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. A side exit allowed us to take the dog outside frequently and without hassle. I love this place! (PS I don't eat breakfast but the complimentary breakfast smelled amazing!)
