Not very good
La Quinta by Wyndham Salt Lake City AirportI don't understand the "great hotel" reviews on here. The place is old, run down and dirty. We arrived about 11:30 at night and were greeted by a young lady that I'm pretty sure was high. She says "I know you reserved a king room, but we only have a room with 2 double beds." What the heck? Why bother with a reservation system if you don't have any of those rooms? My wife and ended up sleeping in separate beds because they were so small. There's no dedicated pet area or bags anywhere. We usually love La Quinta because they are so dog friendly, but not this one.

Construction zone
Ramada by Wyndham YakimaThe entire hotel is undergoing major renovations, but they don't mention that anywhere. It's dusty, smelly and very loud. We had workers pounding on the wall with hammers right outside our window before 8 AM. Shut it down at least until the major work is complete, or at least be honest with people before they reserve a room.

Great location and staff!
Best Western Sky Valley InnThis is the best of what a Best Western should be. The breakfast is 2nd to none with lots of great options. And the staff is super personable, very helpful, and kind.
They love fur babies and have a decent grassy area on the south side of the building.
Plus you get access to an awesome 24 hour gym a short block away.

Pretty good
Wingate by Wyndham St. GeorgeThe hotel is nice enough, clean, decent breakfast, and the staff was nice. Their idea of a dog area is "that grassy area over at Walmart."

Pretty good
La Quinta by Wyndham Boise AirportWe used to love La Quinta but they are less dog friendly now that Wyndham bought them out. They charge a pretty outrageous pet fee. The staff at this location is great, the facilities are OK but a little run down. The carpets all need cleaning and the hot tub is not very hot. Breakfast is pretty good and the coffee is always hot.

Decent hotel for a quick stop
Best Western Brigham City Inn & SuitesWe got in late and left early. The staff was great and very helpful, but it's an older hotel and wasn't super clean. Breakfast was pretty sparse as well. Good place for a quick stop on your trip, but we probably wouldn't stay here for more than one night. Lots of great grass in the courtyard for the dog though.

Sturgis Lodge and SuitesWhile clean, this is an old and kind of run down motel. Breakfast was good and partially cook to order, but this place needs a serious remodel.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ft Collins an IHG HotelThe staff was very friendly and nice. The pet area was pretty nice, but next to a busy road. We would definitely stay here again.

Very pet friendly
La Quinta by Wyndham Cedar CityThe staff is wonderful, they obviously love dogs and love to give them treats. The only drawback is the pet area behind the hotel is a very tiny bit of grass. But there is a great walking trail that goes for miles and you can access it from the rear parking lot.

Don't bother with this hotel
Extended Stay America Suites Seattle Bothell WestFrom the moment we walked through the door it's been a negative experience. The front desk person refused my federal ID, insisting on a state issued license, and their credit card system kept refusing my card. Even though the problem was on their end, she wouldn't let me check in without an approval.
The room is nasty, smells funny, has absolutely nothing in it (dishes, coffee pot, pans, etc). The king bed had 3 tiny flat pillows that are barely enough for one person. We booked through BringFido to be sure we got a dog friendly room, but they put us at the far end of the hallway on the 3rd floor. Good thing we're only staying here for 2 nights, any longer and I would just go elsewhere. Don't waste your time or money, there are better hotels at around the same price nearby.
