    Coast Gateway Hotel welcomes two pets of any size for an additional fee of $10 per pet, per night. However, only two rooms are pet friendly. Guests with pets must call (877) 411-3436 prior to booking to verify availability of a pet-friendly room or risk not being able to check in with a pet and/or incurring any associated cancellation penalties. Both dogs and cats are allowed, but pets may not be left unattended in rooms. There is a grassy area on the property for pet relief.

    The Coast Gateway Hotel is one block south of the Sea-Tac International Airport 15 miles from downtown Seattle and 25 miles from Tacoma. The 143 room Gateway Hotel is a good choice for travelers who want to be close to the airport about halfway between Seattle and Tacoma. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle from the airport. There is also complimentary parking for all guests for the duration of the stay. A credit card must be provided for incidental charges at time of check in.

      Comfortable, accommoding staff

      A clean convenient hotel - a bit old fashioned but comfortable and good staff. Recommend.

      Good option near SeaTac Airport

      This was a good option within walking distance from Seattle Tacoma Airport. By virtue of it's location, it's pretty noisy, and not much "green space" to take the dog out for bathroom breaks (noise was not ideal for a nervous traveling dog, not the fault of the hotel again just the location but just something to be aware of). I primarily took her out back of the hotel for bathroom breaks, which is adjacent to to the airport and was fine but during one early morning bathroom break I was yelled at by a security guard (airport or airline security guard, not sure because it was from a distance) that I was too close to the fence and needed to move away. Kind of silly, like I was a threat and going to scale the fence with my dog, and right after I saw another individual walking right by the security guard and along the fence line, but I complied and again just something to be aware of. Overall a good option close to the airport.
