Small area for dogs off parking lot. Busy location without easy areas to walk your dog. Staff was fine and room was comfortable.

This was a nice place, wonderful staff, clean facility including the room. It was quiet even though they were pretty full. Our new dog felt comfortable. Only item I would have liked is a better place to take your pet to. It was very small and not inviting. But that’s the only downside.

We travel a lot around the PNW and our pups go everywhere with us. This is hands down the best hotel we’ve stayed at and their pet deposit is only $10 per pet! Their modern interior is CLEAN and spacious. They give you doggy treats and dog bags at check in, and they have cookies for dessert at night in addition to free breakfast. The front desk is SUPER nice and incredibly helpful.

Front desk attendant very knowledgeable and friendly. Hotel had an updated modern interior. Not located in a convenient location - about a 10-15 minute drive from the Interstate through some questionable areas. Had a nice outdoor patio area off the indoor pool. I’d rate this hotel property a 4/5.

When we arrived I was concerned about the construction in progress on one half of the building. When I requested a ground floor room the only available was on the construction side and front desk said construction started at 8am. A goodie bag for the pups was also given at check in with treats and poop bags. Room was clean and spacious and the pups had a great stay. Their humans had a great stay also and the human kids got fresh baked cookies from the front desk. Next time we are in Spokane we will be stopping here for sure!
