This newly furnished and refreshed interior with new laminate flooring on lower level is located in a family oriented neighborhood closely located to Little Rock's high end entertainment area, The Heights. Local eateries like DamGoode Pies, Zaza's, and The Heights Taco and Tamales are only a few minutes away.
Keyless entry system makes your stay accessible without the worry of keeping up with keys or getting locked out.
An open kitchen with all of the basic necessities is available for making dinner or just heating up some left overs in the microwave. After your long trip check the fridge for some local brews from Lost Forty, Diamond Bear, or one of the many local Breweries in town. Compliments of your caring guests.
The quaint little dinning room is spacious enough for eating a nice meal or setting up a study area.
Living room is large and open. The couch reclines for chillaxing or opens up all the way for sleeping. (not very comfortable for night sleeping). A queen sized foam mattress is available for setting up a living room slumber party.
Large bedroom with a Serta pillow top mattress for comfortable night sleep. The slightly smaller second bedroom includes a very comfortable memory foam mattress that's not too soft or too firm for a great night sleep.
