It was clean. People were nice but the bathroom had massive water damage and the shower curtain rod was barely staying up.

I knew what I was getting into when I was looking for a cheaper option to stay over night with my dog on a road trip. Check-in was quick, but the front desk woman failed to tell me my room’s door handle had to be pulled up in a specific way to get in. Why wouldn’t you tell me this? I had my hands full with luggage and a dog on a leash after driving for 5 hours, so I was definitely a little frustrated when I couldn’t get into my room and had to go back to the front desk to inquire about my room door not opening.
She wasn’t at the front desk, so I rung the bell…. nothing… rang the bell again… nothing. I went out front and she was having a cigarette. I asked her about the door and she just said “have you tried pulling the handle up?” I let her know it would have been helpful to know that when I checked in. She shrugged it off and continued to smoke. Everything else was fine The woman I checked out with in the morning was a different person and really friendly. It’s a good option when you only use it for sleeping on the road with your dog. Just don’t expect amazing customer service.

The room was fine, so was WiFi, the nearby apartment complex good for walks but front desk lady not helpful and 3rd floor room made moving in and out more difficult.

This Super 8 has an indoor pool and a workout room and offers a breakfast in the morning. It's not set up too well for dogs: no designated dog walking area. But if you walk across the street, there is a fenced dog area for the apartments there, which is helpful.

Carpet was old and stained, ac air smelled musty, mirror in room looked like someone flossed in front of it and when the light hit the mirror you could see one swipe across with what must have been a dirty rag. Didn’t want to touch anything after that.

The only dog walking area had several hundred pounds of trash. The doors didn't lock and after a miserable night of door slams and creepy ammonia smells from the hallway. We got up to leave and not ever come back to find the entire house keeping staff and sanitation staff and front desk person without masks on... It's 2021 get your crap together wyndham....
