Room comfortable and quiet. Convenient for visiting family on South Hills. Only gripe is that they have a staff shortage and only clean room on request...which is fine. For a 4 night stay didn't need it BUT they do still charge you $15 per night pet fee for cleaning. Less service but more charge. That part doesn't seem right.

Great place with large rooms. Outside area right off front of hotel to take the dog for a pee/poo break. Friendly staff.

Pros: friendly staff, decent size potty area but a little steep to get to, written pet policy. Hot breakfast. Free popcorn until 10 pm
Cons: bed hard and can feel the springs, smells like a combo of cigarettes and dust, the room was so hot I needed the AC (temp outside was 25 degrees) no fan option. To circulate air. We were so uncomfortable I was calling other hotels at 3 am to leave.

We enjoyed this place very much! The room was lovely and the neighborhood is good for a walk, as long as you can walk up a hill. It’s a lovely neighborhood to walk and look at pretty old homes. Lots of trees! The breakfast was good, and there are a few restaurants around the corner.
