At an altitude of 1000 m and 700 m from the village by a lovely walk along the river, this apartment is on the 6th floor with a superb view of the mountain.
7 km from the tunnel and Col de Tende, 1 h 15 from Ventimiglia, 1 h 30 from Turin, 1 h 30 from Monaco, 2 h from Nice.
This 75 m2 apartment (comfortable, fully equipped) with a balcony facing south and sheltered by 22 m can comfortably accommodate 4 people, even 5 or 6.
