  Well kept

  We remembered that we stayed at this hotel almost 20 years before, when it had just opened. We expected that it would show its age, but we were pleasantly surprised. Our pet enjoyed the special area where he could sniff and do his business. We especially like the sidewalks so we could take extended walks. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very comfortable.

  Unbelievable noise

  The room itself was as expected, and we looked forward to having a bit more space with the suite with our large Old English Sheepdog. However, as the night wore on, we realized we were put in the middle of a block of rooms that was a nonstop party that spilled into the hallways. Sounds of a loud party next door, which ended at 3:00 am, and doors slamming all night long as the guests visited each others rooms. I phoned in the issue to the front desk around 2:00 am, and he said he’d look into it. Nothing came of it. We got zero sleep (literally zero), and had the dangerous task of having to continue our long distance drive the next day. Would not recommend this place. They either do not have or do not enforce quiet hours.

  Nice place for a night

  Nice place. Clean comfortable room, decent breakfast. Staff was great.

  Great beds, outdoor spaces

  Being able to eat breakfast outside with my Nellie and sneak into the hot tub for a quick back massage with her right outside. Also very quiet area for walks. Get the potato scramble and the waffles. Super nice staff. Will come again. Wasn’t even going to the West side but the corporate area quiet was good for this country dog before seeing Madison, her first real city!

  Great Location

  Friendly staff, large area for walking dogs. Easy parking, clean, comfortable beds, safe location, large breakfast room, tasty breakfast, free coffee all day. Large pool, nice fitness and laundry room, snacks and drinks available for purchase. Pizza place advertised had awesome wings (pizza we didn't care for). Would stay there again 😊

  Nice for the price

  The hotel is located in a nice business district. The bed was comfortable, pillows were ok. It's not the most updated place. There was plenty of grass for our dog to do his business. There are sidewalks along the front if you want to go for a longer walk. Social hour on certain days offer $1 beer, seltzer, and wine options. Breakfast was nice: scrambled eggs, ham, and sausage along with waffle making station, breads, cereal, yogurt, etc. The staff was friendly. We stayed in a jacuzzi room which was relaxing. The dog fee was only $15 which is hard to find nowadays.

  Great choice

  Perfect basic hotel room for my husband, myself, and 2 of our pups, a Miniature Schnauzer and a Chihuahua. (Our other Mini-Schnauzer stayed with our daughter). The room was clean and functional. Beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet and located well for our purposes.

  Adequate

  Good for sleeping, nothing fancy but the room was clean and comfortable. Not the best for pets to have to take the elevator down from the 3rd floor though when it's time to take a potty break.
