I reserved a room during a heat wave this summer when my ac was broken. I arrived, signed a document, was given a key card, and cooled off for 14 hrs w my dog. No specific pet area. No specific pet perks. But she was allowed in and out and I tossed her waste bags over the fence by the dumpster as I could not locate a waste disposal. Next day at checkout, oopsies, they don't want my debit card, they'll use the credit card instead. And, uh oh, their printer does not work so they cannot give me a receipt. Weeks later, I see they charged me an extra $100 as they "upgraded" me to a king suite.

Clean, friendly staff, spacious rooms, awesome amenities, and plenty of space for pets to roam around (on leash). Feels secluded but it’s right off of highway. Highly recommend for people traveling with pets!!

This hotel is definitely dog friendly, nice rooms and lots of yard for the dogs to stretch and potty. Poo bags are available, even if some patrons apparently don't know how to use them but not the hotel's fault. Some of the staff were great but most were not particularly friendly or helpful. Fire alarm went off in the early morning hours and no one was around or even told us what to do or where to go. I'm glad it was just a false alarm, that could have been very bad. I would suggest they get a hard wired fire alarm system. I would stay here again if in the area though.

This hotel was okay but they were out of things like coffee creamer. Advertised hot breakfast but only had prepackaged muffins. Blamed it on the pandemic, but served fresh fruit??

The room was clean, our dogs (3) were welcome, and the hosts were friendly.

Everyone was helpful and kind. We were located near the back door for easy egress and entrance. The room was bright and clean and the bed was comfortable.
