Non smoking room. Good price. Continental breakfast. Quiet, clean, no hassles over the dog. They gave me a room close to an outside entrance. Nice amenities in the room. I’d highly recommend them.

Avoid this hotel. Seedy and broken fixtures in room. Has seen much better days. Worst hotel we’ve encountered on a cross country trip. My actual rating would be 0 bones.

We got there and they didn’t realize we had a dog. The lady at the desk made it right. As soon as we finished checking in, a man chased another intoxicated man out. He turned over the outdoor trash can that had an ashtray on top, leaving cigarette buts on front step at least until 2am when I walked the dog. I have to admit the lady was stressed out for what happened earlier. Room was below average clean and their isn’t much grassy area. They also had no blanket on the bed.

Very nice front desk personnel. Lots of grass and a doggie waste station with bags. Lots of places to eat close by.

Facility was clean but the outside area to walk dogs was limited. Overall it was a decent stay.

Great stay with our pup at the Best Western Huntington Mall Inn. We had a room on the first floor near an outside door so easy in and out. Quiet though we know other dogs were in our hall. Nice breakfast set-up.

The staff was great. The hotel itself could really use a renovation. A little run down, no elevator, not so clean bathroom. The bed was really bouncy but comfortable. If not for how nice they were with our 140lb Anatolian I’d give it a lower rating. But the front desk earned it a 4 rating.

We were given a first floor room convenient to the door nearest grass. Our greeting was pleasant instead of being greeted with a long list of rules, Samantha smiled greeted us and our dog and even brought extra coffee to our room herself. It was the 18th night of a 19 day trip and we were comfortable and safe. I would definitely stay there again.
