There was blood on the carpet, one of the beds was broken, non-smoking room was very smoky, needed blackout curtains, insufficient sheets and towels. The only good thing was they let us have our dog in room.

Went to check in and they gave me keys to a room that was trashed. Others were waiting at the desk for their rooms to be cleaned as well.

This motel worked well for dogs. We were only there one night and it had all that we needed. Room was a bit outdated but for the price you can't beat it!

We booked last minute, and this was the only reasonably priced dog friendly hotel available in the area. I would only stay again out of absolute necessity.
Room was clean, and seemed to be updated, but it sure didn’t smell like the non-smoking room we were promised.
Our room was on the second floor, stairs were a bit of a pain. There’s one tiny grassy area for dogs, with a waste bag dispenser that was empty, and no place else to let dogs relieve themselves unless we wanted to drive down the road. Nothing within walking distance that wasn’t covered with cement or cars, except that one little area.
Thankfully, we got there late and left pretty early, only stayed one night.

I had travelled all day and was getting up at 2:00am to carry on with my trip south.
It was a very dark and dingy room but the worst was when I was going to get into bed ! There were fresh stains on the sheet at the top , looked like bodily fluid. Bedspread wasn’t much better. I slept on top with my car blanket. Will never be back! They put me in a room way down at the end of the complex. I was travelling alone so didn’t feel safe at all. - VaninaJun 24, 2018Horrible!
Although the front desk staff was wonderful, the property itself was absolutely horrible. We picked this hotel because we were traveling with our dog and this property was one of few in the area with available rooms. There were roaches in the hallway, some dead, some alive. Our room smelled horrible and was very damp. We decided not to stay and go elsewhere.

We were coming through last night on our way to Myrtle beach with our Bull mastiff and 2 yorkies...i called a few hotels in area and they either couldn't or wouldn't accommodate a first floor room. Our bull mastiff can't do stairs and there is no elevator. When i called travelodge they first told me they didn't have a first floor available either, but then i was told she had one she could put us in. This was very much appreciated after 7 hrs in a car. The hotel is very very clean and beds are extremely comfortable! I definitely recommend!!
