      Not what we expected

      The initial greeting was extremely cold. Like we were bothering the young lady behind the desk. Plus, the manager sitting 20' away watching, didn't do anything to assist until the desk clerk got stuck registering us. She came over and never said a word to me. The room was as expected, with no real frills, but the bed was like a plank; horrible to sleep on. Won't be back.

      Good place to stay

      A comfortable, basic and clean hotel that allows large dogs. Only downside is the need to keep dogs out of the lobby, but that was minor. No designated dog walk area with waste station, but adequate grassy areas near the parking. We were assigned a room on the first floor near the side entrance, which is helpful.
