Check-in was horrific. The man at the front desk was rude. I made my reservations through Bring-Fido, and he was very upset with me doing so. Although I only owed a $10 dog fee, he insisted I owed him an additional $29. He called the Bring-Fido customer service to verify that I had paid the amount stated on my emailed-receipt. I waited for nearly a half-hour in the lobby, while he argued with the Bring-Fido staff. He then allowed me to go to my room, after stating, "We will settle your bill in the morning."
Thank goodness a very nice lady checked me out the next morning, and ONLY charged me the additional $10 for the pet fee.
The room was unclean and the I was very disappointed with my stay. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone (with or without a pet).
