Ok for a basic room but they were renovating so it was a bit messy. It's in a busy area but there is a neighborhood just behind that is good for walks. The big negative is the dog area outside is full of poop. They need a bag station and some surveillance. Friendly staff.

The hotel only has a back portion that is also the smoking section and catch all. The hotel is surrounded by rocks so there is only one place for dogs. The renovations terrified my dog with smells and all sorts of material he tried to eat/ investigate! The staff was nice and the room was fine, but the early morning (3:30) billing scared my dog.

The staff was nice and helpful! I would give better rating if it was cleaner, the shower had dirt spots (like clumps of dirt) and almost smelled like someone smoked in the room.

My fiance, our pup, and I stayed here on our way down to North Carolina. Our room was very clean and updated. We couldn't get over how big and nice it was. The staff was very polite to us and our pup. The town had plenty of restaurants to choose from and the hotel was very easy to get to off the highway. I would give 5 bones but the only issue was that we booked a mountain view room and we had a view of a building out our room. There really isn't any good mountain view from the hotel. Your in the mountains but it feels more like a valley. I dont recommend paying any extra for a view. We weren't too upset because our room was so nice and again there wasn't a mountain view anyway. The breakfast was very good. Very yummy warm cinnabon station. Delicious! They had plain scrambled eggs we gave our pup so we was happy too. I highly recommend this hotel.
