Room was compact but very adequate. Cleanliness was exceptional. Room was older but very serviceable. Light was out and staff were diligent about getting it fixed. Friendly. Breakfast was limited.

Price of room was ridiculous. Shower had only cold water. When we got there they tried to tell us we could not have a king size bed, with our dog, even though that’s what we reserved.

The ONLY reason we stayed at this horrible hotel was because I was driving my daughter, my dog and I across the country in a move and Frontier Days was going on so it was the only place that had rooms with 2 beds available and was under $450-669 a night. I still paid $269 plus fees Our room dog did not close unless bolted, the bathroom door didn’t shut at all and the staff bleached the keys so they never worked. Once we got into our room, one of us stayed to make sure the other could let us in. Only 1 person was working the front desk with 20 people in the lobby as we waited 2.5 hours for our room to be ready (that is also way past check in time). One woman told me her room door was falling off the hinge and her hair dryer caught on fire. Only one front desk person was kind in addition.

Staff were polite no kind. Front desk lobby area clean, rooms would rate as OK. The places we stayed 1 night before and 1 night after on a cross country trip were both much nicer and half the cost. The dog area could do with a clean up and restock of baggies but had limited amounts of trash and was recently mowed. The breakfast was lack luster for sure, qualified as hot as I did see hot water supplied for instant oatmeal and a herd of young teenage boys were making waffles in the morning. Served it’s need as a place to rest for one night but would not recommend as ideal

The desk clerk was rude to a customer on the phone when I walked in and hung up on her. I didn’t get the room I booked I got 2 double beds instead of 2 queens. He was rude when I questioned him as to why I didn't get my room and cursed at me. Room was small and bathroom fan was very loud. I will be calling the hotel manger, and I hope the lady on the phone also lets her experience be known to hotel manager.
