Due to inclement weather, we had to stay another night in Cheyenne. If I had to delay our trip, this was the perfect place to spend our time. This hotel has class. Lovely room, nice restaurant, and overall great atmosphere. Definitely choose this place before any others.

The food took a long time when I ordered at my time it was 45 minutes. Just be prepared for that at busy times. Everything and everyone were great. We would stay again for sure.

One bar of soap for 3 sinks and a shower. One towel and one pillowcase did not look clean, although room seemed clean and was large. Had to park my uhaul 75 yards from my room. 2nd floor with no elevator. No breakfast.

I booked this spot specifically because they advertised having a dog run; however, the dog run was DISGUSTING. A serious health concern for dogs and humans. You can’t even walk in the run without stepping in dog waste. Dog owners should be more responsible, but the hotel should also make sure that they’re cleaning it. Will not stay here again.

The dog run is not that great but the rooms are large and great after being cooped up in a car all day. Wish the guests had been masked...at least most of the staff was...though not ALL which was disappointing.
