We found the Microtel Hotel itself to be fine and the breakfast good. When we rolled in at about 4:00 pm the police had 4 squad cars about 30 feet off the property there with them pounding on a drug den door and yelling for the occupants to come out. After an extended period, they apprehended the individuals and left but throughout the evening and next morning customers came buy and knocked on the door to the drug den. Visually very scary looking neighborhood. We found a crack pipe on the lawn while cleaning up our dogs mess. Like we said, the hotel itself was fine for the price but why would you chance it? We feared people breaking into our vehicle all night. Initially we planned to stay there on the return trip but changed plans after the drug bust there. BringFido was VERY helpful in changing travel plans. Thank you BringFido!

This place topped all the others. Lots of green grass around, spacious and comfortable room with real windows! We were just passing through after a long drive and we’re so relieved when we pulled in!
