We loved staying here so much! Behind the property there is a steep steep hill, and the caretakers of this property carefully cut a trail through the sagebrush and put up solar lights so you can walk your dog on the hillside night and day, with a view of Hart Mountain. There is also a gravel pathway lined with grass across the entire back. The owners care for this property really well, and it is not just a standard cookie cutter Super 8. We would stay here again!

Manager was great on directions. Room was clean. Very convenient location if you want to visit the Buffalo Bill Museum.

The hotel all around was clean. The staff was nice. There is a rocky area around back with a couple of small patches of nice grass for your dogs. There’s a nice walking trail on the hill behind the trail to walk your dogs or yourself. It was a nice stop between our Yellowstone days. The price was really steep for the quality of the hotel, but we were also there during Cody’s big 4th of July celebration and there weren’t many dog-friendly hotels that had rooms available.

Nice clean room, very friendly staff, very nice pet area with new grass. Would be 5 bones except we were right next to the stairs. Unfortunately there were several people that sounded like they were stomping up and down late at night and early in the morning waking the dogs that woke us up too. I would definitely stay there again, but ask for a different room away from the stairs. Nice breakfast in the AM.

There is a trail behind the hotel to walk your dog. The trail is narrow and a bit steep but with lots of benches to rest and enjoy the view. Our puppy loved the challenge, although he needed encouragement to stay on the trail. As for the room the A/C heating unit thermostat did not work. The room was freezing cold when we turn it off, but when on and set to only 60F (we like a cold room at night) the room easily hit the mid 70's. Too hot for both us and our furry companion. Hotel staff offered to give us another room, but we were only staying a single night.

Clean, friendly, close to town. A great place to stay with your pets when passing through Cody. Check out Cody Craft Brewing for a beer and sandwich where your pet is welcome indoors!

This hotel gave us a room that could have been a non pet friendly, regular room and they allow you to leave your pet unattended in a crate. We were able to attend a museum in town thanks to the Super 8 policy. The room was every bit as good as more expensive chains.

This hotel was very nice. 3 minutes from downtown. Very clean inside and out. There are areas outside for sitting and eating. Behind the hotel is a pristine dog-walking area and a steep hillside with walking paths. Due to Covid and the state, we were given take-out breakfast bags. Not their fault. Attractive place.

Nice room, nice employees, nice location...but wayyyy overpriced ($250) for a single Queen room. Price gouging at its finest! A guy walked in to get a room as I was checking in, they gave him a discount on the same type room.Then add insult to injury...a bagged breakfast to go. 🙁

The description says dogs get a welcome baggie. We did not. Even though there were signs everywhere that masks were required indoors because of COVID, none of the employees were wearing them. Worst is that there is no breakfast. Most Super 8's at least have grab and go type stuff Nothing here but coffee, and the coffee was so weak it looked like iced tea. Positives are that it is easy to find, right on the main road, and there are restaurants within walking distance if you are ok leaving your dog in the room. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. The potty area is mostly rocks and my pup wasn't used to that. It took him a while to figure out what he was supposed to do out there.

Everything was great except for the very small dog walk area. We have two large dogs. There was also a path on a hill, but the sign warning us of snakes kept us far away!

This motel is very nice & clean. The pet area out back is really great. There is a nice grassy area but also a small hiking trail up a hill with great views! The staff were super friendly. The rooms large and very clean.

My wife and I stopped in Cody, WY with our Akita dog Roxie. Nice little town, and this hotel was fine! Albeit a bit high priced, It was clean and inviting, complete with the usual amenities of a hotel complex. Situated on the west side of Cody, but close to everything. The employees were personable and attentive. Great pet areas. Clean and tidy. Well run. Awesome breakfast spread. Cody is expensive, but this hotel was worth it ;-)
