    Great location and very clean!

We all loved this stay. The hotel is super clean. Perfect location. There is a place for my dog to do his business behind the hotel. Breakfast is good. It's within walking distance to downtown site seeing. There are even places I can take my dog walking in town and out to eat. Great stay.

    Downtown location

Our suite was a nice size, more room to roam for the dog. Everything was clean and the breakfast was great, numerous things to choose from. We were on the 4th floor but not a big deal for the dog to have to go outside. I wish we had more time to walk the downtown area but only had a one-night stay. Would recommend if staying near Teton.

    Helpful, Clean, but Older, Hotel

Staff was more than helpful, and there's both internal & external exits from the room. Not many places for dogs to relive themselves locally, and there's LOTS of local traffic. However, still pleasant experience. Had a plug for the block heater on my Diesel.

    Great location

Jackson is a REALLY expensive town, so I can't blame this hotel for being as pricey as it is relative to the quality of the hotel. Anywhere else other than Jackson, this hotel would have been a 2-star budget inn, but in Jackson its cost would lead you to believe it's a 4-star quality hotel. Ouch. That said, the location is great! 10 minutes' walk to downtown, and yet still very convenient access to highways.

Regarding the hotel itself, the rooms were old and musty. The staff was "meh." They really seemed like they could care less that we were paying guests. We were largely ignored, which is fine if you like having a sense of privacy, but disappointing if you enjoy that feeling of hospitality you usually get in a hospitality setting. Finally, other than the fact that they allow dogs, you wouldn't know this is a pet-friendly establishment. No dog areas at all; not for relief or for running.

    Great for dogs

Close by a dog park and the Town Square where dogs are welcome in most stores. Liked the hot tub too! Dogs are not to be left alone, but if they are well behaved they can be around the outdoor hot tub.

    Great Stay

Loved the hotel and location. The only thing is there isn’t much grass for the pup. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

    Convenient location

This hotel is in a good location and has a small grassy area for pets. Our only big complaint was our door lock was broken and they still put us in the room. Not a terrible place, we just didn't appreciate them not moving our room when we couldn't even get in to it when we checked in.

    Good breakfast

The rooms are outdated but clean. The pet area by one building is a dirt patch that had an extension cord just laying there. Towels need to be replaced. We had two that looked like the edge was torn off and the whole side was frayed. The outside made me feel like I was in the ghetto. The only reason it’s not getting 2 bones is because the breakfast was very good and had many options.

    Good location but…

Our first room was under repair so we were moved. Second room the TV didn’t work after several attempts by maintenance. The second day the maids kept coming in stating we were only staying one night. Front desk apologized but said there wasn’t anything they could do.

    Limited grassy areas

Hotel is surrounded by parking lots with very small limited grassy areas.

    Stay Away!!!!

Do NOT stay at this place. This is by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at with our pet. Staff was unfriendly and acted like we bothered them when we asked about parking, pet areas, and for our receipt. We checked in at night and parking is horrible. Not enough lighting around the hotel. Fell once and trip going into our room due to a step entering the room. What hotel has a step into the room???? For $250, we would have been better off sleeping in the car at a campground! Stay away!!!!!

    Disappointing

    Overall very disappointing and unsatisfactory.
Room was not well cleaned, a disconcerting situation in this era of COVID-19.
Online photos drastically misrepresented actual quality (or lack there of) of property
Toilet in room was semi broken

    Strange exterior, great interior

It was a little hard to find within the maze of hotel buildings, but we could park right outside the room. That made it a little easier to pack up the van in the rain.
Our 2 queen room was comfortable, beds were wonderful, only thing missing was grass close by for the pup.

    Dog friendly and great location!

The hotel was clean, dog friendly and great location! But the entry door layout into the rooms is a little awkward....but not much that can be done about that now 😉

    Dogs Friendly.

Bone reviews are ALWAYS about the Boobers (dogs) so this place gets four bones because we could leave the dogs in the room, we were placed in a corner room to limit dog distractions, the relief area was adequate with Real grass and there were no passive aggressive signs about what you can and can’t do with your pups. Plus the pet fee was reasonable. Also The bed was super soft and the dogs and us alike enjoyed that. - location is good. Very easy walking to down town Jackson. Amenities were lacking and service was fairly absent but overall happy with our stay. (Cable didn’t work, inadequately stocked bathroom for length of stay, no change machine in laundry room, low quality toiletries and coffee supplies - when you could even get them) but cozy and friendly.

    Good Location

Close to the center of town but quiet. Had a ground floor room next to a back door, so convenient. Nice room. Close to a lovely church with beautiful grounds so a nice place for a walk.

    Pros and Cons

Good location for humans to walk to shops and restaurants but there’s no designated dog walking area. It’s basically off a busy commercial street and in a neighborhood and behind a church so that’s where you walk your dog. Ask for ground floor. That helps. Nothing about it to make it pet friendly other than they allow dogs.

    Pet Friendly

Check in staff was not friendly. Pet owners beware because there are two very small patches for dog relief. We reserved a king room but got a queen. Small bathroom area with huge stain and carpet frayed where tile meets. Definitely not remodeled! Beds appear comfortable.

    49er Inn and Suites

The people working the front desk are VERY nice and accomadating, 5 star reception. ButI would not rate the room more than average. Very small bathroom area and the room furniture and decor was very dated. It’s strong point besides their great employees is the location is right in town and an easy walk to Restraunt’s and Shopping.

    just ok

We had a room in the back building on the 2nd floor without an elevator. There was a small area to take our 2 pets and there was a lot of dog poop.in that one small area.

In the heart of Jackson Hole

We needed a place that would take pets. This hotel fit the bill! It was clean, centrally located in Jackson Hole within walking distance of downtown. The room was large and well decorated. Our dogs felt right at home!
