The room was nice and clean. The problem was for the 4 nights we stayed we never had housekeeping to the room. We had our dog with us so we did carryout for dinners which means we had garbage to be taken out. Will the 2nd night I took the garbage to the front desk and explained we needed someone just to come in for the garbage. It still didn’t happen so I will have to think twice about going there again.

We stayed in one of the "luxury" three-bedroom condos for three nights/four adults and two toddlers. The furniture other than the beds was all very battered and the decor was very dated. The kitchen was not well furnished, and there were virtually no basic condiments one expects to find in properties of this kind. A broken hairdryer in one bathroom. A sofa in the main living room that sagged down onto the metal frame of the hide-a-bed in it-- very uncomfortable. Although it was clean, there was nothing impressive in this place. They charge a "resort fee" that basically only includes access to a small pool, hot tub and deck area. And an exercise room and an arcade you'd probably prefer your kids would not use. It does NOT include the putt-putt course, ski lift or coaster rides at the property-- not even for any discount off of the usual price for outside patrons of those. All in all, we felt we'd overpaid badly and we will not plan to go back again.

Keda went everywhere with us. The lobby, restaurant, the grounds which were rich in green grass. Such a perfect last minute pit stop in beautiful Jackson WY! I highly recommend this location with your pup or just by yourself. So much to do or not! Beautiful.

The hotel was really nice and clean and the staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The only reason for 4 not 5 bones is the breakfast buffet. It was awful. For 19.00 you expect hot and good food. It was not. the eggs were rubbery and barely warm. The potatoes were also barely warm and very greasy. I picked up a biscuit and it was cold and when I tried to cut it open, it crumbled in my hand. The only thing edible was the overcooked bacon and fruit. Even the pastries were cold and dried out. I won’t even go into what the oatmeal or gravy looked like. So, I paid 19.00 for two strips of overdone bacon. That is unacceptable if that is your only option for breakfast. So….stay in the lovely rooms but find another place for breakfast. Oh yes, a 20% gratuity is added to all checks and the only time you see a waiter is to bring your check. You seat yourself, you serve yourself. He doesn’t bring you water or anything…just the check. And ours was 47.00 for 2 strips of bacon and a piece of pineapple, the rest was inedible.

Although we were on lobby level, best way to access lawn without going through lobby was to take elevator down one level. Lawn are was sort of hilly and it seemed many dog owners don’t know how to use a poop bag especially in the area closest to the hotel. View from room is beautiful.

The Snow King accepts dogs but that's it as far as the dogs go. We were in a king room with a view of the ski lifts - expensive for the room, but Jackson Hole is expensive to begin with. There was only one receptionist on duty for a long line of people waiting to check in. No luggage carts available; only one small trash can for the room and bathroom. Would not recommend this hotel - at least not during the busy season.

The resort is nice. There’s a ski lift in the back of it. Pool, Jacuzzi, s’mores and a fire pit at night. Breakfast buffet (not complimentary). Nice big lounge with a piano (that plays itself). They have an AWESOME staff guy there named Gabriel. He has extensive knowledge of wildlife and talked about tracking them and where you can find them in the Yellowstone park or Grand Teton Park and National forest. He knows what time of year to find them and what area and spots. I don’t know what he does, but he knows his wildlife. Thank you Gabriel!! He also gave my pup some nice dog treats :)

We loved our stay here, and would defintely go back. We had a king room with a balcony, it was spacious and clean. There is also a restaurant on site that has a nice porch to watch the sunset. The food was good and the drinks were strong:) We especially loved the outside area. Huge grassy areas to take the dogs, and of course, you aren't far from downtown either. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The staff were excited to see our dogs; very welcoming and accommodating. Providing waste bags and plenty of green space right outside the door. Very walkable and dog-friendly town, as well.
