This photo was taken at Cafe Abiquiu in Abiquiu, NM. Sorry I nibbled before taking picture. I ordered “Christmas “ (red and green sauce—divorciado in Mexico) lightly battered, cheese-stuffed flavorful peppers ( not spicy). Also nice red New Mexico wine.
