This photo was taken at Maplecrest at Lake Jocassee in Salem, SC. Lake Jocassee in South Carolina had pet friendly lodges, villas, cabins, and campsites. Although they may not have a fenced in dog park, their water is so clear you can see up to 40 feet underwater. I have lots of other photos from past visits. Dogs are allowed to swim but their 6’ leash must be on them at all times unless out in a boat away from the dock.
