This photo was taken at Ottoman Taverna in Washington, DC. Pepper, a 5 m/o puppy accompanied me to lunch at Ottoman Taverna. They allow dogs at their patio, there’s nothing special for them, but at least a delicious restaurant where I can go with my pup!
