False Advertising

This photo was taken at Heavenly Inn in South Lake Tahoe, CA. DO NOT STAY HERE. The staff was terrible, and very unhelpful. They run their business on lies and false marketing. I brought my dog who is 48 pounds (we only chose the Heavenly inn for the $35 pet fee). I check in and the woman asks me my dog’s weight, I say it was 48 and she charges me $50 on top of a $150 deposit. I question the charge and she hands me a piece of paper that says all dogs 11-49 pound are $35 and dogs over 50 pounds are $50…. She scratches out the 49 and changes it 45, and said that’s the policy!!!
