Next door “dog park” downtown

This photo was taken at Magnolia Hotel St. Louis, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel in St. Louis, MO. Doggie doo place right next door. I feel safe here in St. Louis. I am federal employee and booked via fedrooms, got an extra large room (at end of hallway 3rd floor but all rooms are pet friendly. You sign a pet waiver noting you will pay for intensive cleaning if warranted or damages. Offered dog treat bag, and had a free water bottle for us. Valet is expensive 44.00 but if on govt business on govt travel card they waive taxes, signing a form. They also were below per diem for St. Louis which allowed me to stay here. As of April 4, the pet policy was two dogs, no fee and no weight restriction. My dog 120lbs. He barked ferociously when valet initial but he was understood by happy valet to be just protecting his car. At the front desk barked loudly when a jumpy kid went to pet, while wearing do not pet in training harness. We didn’t get kicked out. He was groomed before we came but very surprising since I thought we might get kicked out. He is very quiet in the room. I could leave him alone during the day but I didn’t. Bring something to cover the white bed linens as the park next door can be muddy and you don’t want to have to pay for new ones, if they jump in bed.
