Beef patty

This photo was taken at BRGR Bar in Portsmouth, NH. My wife and I came here after a day of traveling because we saw that they were dog friendly on their front patio. We ordered a plain beef patty for our dog so he could eat - this picture is the patty we got (we cut it up). Completely raw. Our server didn’t see a problem with it and gave us attitude when we asked for it to be taken off the check as our dog couldn’t eat it. She came back and tossed the check on the table and said “all set. Have a good night.” With attitude and walked away. Really disappointed, won’t be back.
