Slightly confusing and the sand area was dirty!

This photo was taken at Isle of Wight in Ocean City, MD. We were so confused as to what to do here and the beach we found had so much trash! It was a nice place to cool off quickly with the dogs and walk them around but we only found a small area to do that at!
