This photo was taken in Oak Island, NC. We just returned from our Oak Island vacation with our dog! Because Oak Island was so accepting of our dog, it made for a more relaxing, enjoyable time for our entire family! We felt he was just as welcome as we humans! For example, I noticed as I walked our dog (on the West end) each morning, that several home owners had included pots of water with dog art (indicating a free dog drinking spot) in their front yards! I was humbled by this simple, generous offering and our pooch appreciated it as well! To anyone considering vacationing with your dog….Oak Island has been tried and proven by our family as a great choice! #bringfido.
