This photo was taken in Bedford, NS. I adopted Alaska in 2011, she is also a pup rescued from Labrador. She was found with two siblings whom both died from starvation. Alaska nearly didn't make it but thankfully the HVGB SPCA took great care of her until she could be sent to Halifax. She was 10lbs underweight for her age & breed when I adopted her & now she is a beautiful, happy, healthy, beautiful girl who loves to snuggle!
