This photo was taken at 87 Restaurant in Clayton, NM. 87 Restaurant in Clayton, NM is a wonderful surprise! BEST waitress I’ve ever had, her name was Angel. Great covered dog friendly patio. Angel had them make a special vegetarian quesadilla for me with beans, peppers and onions. Highly recommend this place if you’re traveling between Colorado Springs and Amarillo!
