Rampart Dog Park

This photo was taken at Rampart Dog Park in Colorado Springs, CO. Nothing fancy, but a large, fenced in area for the pups to play and dig in. Most owners are friendly and diligent about their pups. Some people bring their young kids, which I'm not a fan of because they run around, pups chase them or bark at them, and then parents get upset. Just be mindful that this is a place for dogs, not kids. We've been coming here for about 2 years now, and have only had 2-3 not so great experiences. I'm also not a fan of the sand, because it gets everywhere, but I suppose it's better than dirt and mud, although there is some of that towards the back end of the park. Warning: parking can sometimes be a problem, due to the baseball field.
