This photo was taken at Oak Island Mardi Gras by the Sea Parade & Festival in Oak Island, NC. I wasn’t sure if Millie would like the parade but she loved it! The dog treats that some of the floats were throwing probably helped. The festival was absolutely awesome and we bought a few things while we were there!
