Park and 0.5 mile walk to top

This photo was taken at Brasstown Bald Visitor Information Center in Hiawassee, GA. You can drive up most of the mountain before the park parking lot. There is an entry fee, dogs are free. You and the pup can walk the 0.5 mile trail up to the top or take the shuttle. The walk is very steep but is paved the whole way.
