Update...

This photo was taken at Siena Tavern in Chicago, IL. Dogs are in fact, allowed in the bar area!! It's a beautiful, upscale hot spot, so I'm shocked that they allow us in.....but they do!
So small to medium (well behaved) dogs, come in!!!
