Dog on a Log

This photo was taken in Forks, WA. Most of the northern Washington beaches are decked with logs and felled trees. These make for climbing adventures, convenient seating, and potential danger. We encountered a beaver (!) near the site of this photo, and several different bird species including several bald eagles, and wild rabbits nearby. Riptides were occurring frequently. Please keep your dog on a leash, and within a step's grasp when you need/want to drop the leash for quick tasks.
