This photo was taken at Camel Valley Lavender in Ramona, CA. Leashed dogs are welcome to walk the fields while you pick lavender. There is a shaded area with misters to sit with your dogs and also a little store dogs are welcome in. Pastures from an adjacent camel dairy are nearby so they do camel feeding and educational talks a few times a day at the lavender field. There is a fence and extra space between the camels and visitors, so dogs are welcome to observe the feedings with their owners. This is a really unique and fun thing to do with your dog! The lavender fields are free to visit but if you want to pick a bundle of lavender there is a $15 fee. The bundles are wrapped in paper with a cute little ribbon with a camel charm attached.
