Elevators down for over a month

This photo was taken at Red Roof Inn Hartford New Britain in New Britain, CT. The elevators have been down for over a month and you're forced to use one stairwell with blind spots to every hallway and there are a lot of aggressive dogs in here that have attacked including my own dog getting attacked and the crackhead owners beating it to death because it was afraid to let go because the other dog was unbelievably huge and drag the owner 3 ft to my dog.
